Great food and even better service. Located right on Cache in downtown Jackson. Lots of parking around the corner on Gill. We had the green burrito with pork and one with chicken, a Tex- Mex burrito and the enchilada plate. All were delicious and we'll prepared. The ambiance is excellent with an open room, large hinged windows opening onto the street and enough of a crowd to make you feel comfortable that you are in a resort town. Definitely a must do on our return.
Excellent food and service. Ate so much we thought we wouldn't make it back to the hotel. Be ready to split a meal or have leftovers because you're not gonna want to waste the food here.
We had a party of 14 and we were able to get a table within 30 minutes. Menu was easy to understand. Waitress did a good job with drinks and checking on us. The food was really great! Everyone ordered different things and there were no complaints. The reason I'm giving them a 2/5 is bad service we received. The waitress brought us 1 check for all 14 of us and never offered to split it different ways. We spent 15+ minutes trying to figure it out ourselves. We confronted the waitress (who then claimed to be the manager) about the situation and how it would have been nice if it was offered. The waitress then became very confrontational and very rude about how that wasn't an option, resteraunt policy, we should have known even though we've never been there kind of thing. Um excuse me? I don't care if I'm wrong, you never argue with a customer. I would have been fine after that if immediately she didn't turn around to her co-workers and begin complaining about how rude we were. Would recommend if you love Tex-Mex food and you're in Jackson. Otherwise eat somewhere with better customer service.
