The staff is always welcoming and once they know your name they say it almost every time! It's really a strong community and I miss it dearly. Their teachers are wise and wonderful. ALL the classes are great, so I suggest trying a new class that maybe you wouldn't!

Inversion has amazing staff! They're always willing to help you modify & set you up for success - whether it's a hot yoga class or a killer work out with Jess at barre! I love the variety of classes they offer at Inversion and I always know I'll leave the studio feeling great.
