For a space-constrained destination like Jackson Hole, Outpost is truly a great find - we really appreciated our rustic and comfortable lodging, the helpful tips the staff shared on local food and bar options, and the activities were really unique and more difficult to book independently. Will 100% use again when we come back to beautiful Jackson!
The Outpost crew was PHENOMENAL! They were all very responsive to all my needs, and were very nice. Had a great chat with them in person when I arrived about where to eat and go out in the evenings. They let us leave our gear in their office after we checked out while we killed time before our flights...they scheduled shuttles for us...I can't say enough great things about them. I will most definitely be hitting them up next time I travel to Jackson! :)
Our entire group is out hundreds of dollars for having to re-arrange travel plans due to the JH storm this week. Not to mention the hours we spent at airports and on the phone dealing with the cancellations, etc. We looked at road conditions and ALL sources indicated that the roads between Jackson Hole and SLC were closed!! How can you feel good about screwing us over for $5900 when we did not get to make it there!? Any reasonable/respectable business would at a minimum meet their customers half way. You guys are crooks! I will never stay with you and will never recommend your business to anyone I know.

The Outpost team was outstanding in every way during my family's visit to Jackson Hole. They helped plan activities and suggested a lot of really cool experiences like the Jackson Hole Eco Tour Adventure which we might not have done otherwise.
