My wife and I traveled from Phoenix to Jackson and rented 2 fat bikes to ride the snow covered trip to Granite Hot Springs. David was quite possibly the most helpful and insightful person we came across on our trio. We were doing this on a whim and completely unprepared going in (knowledge and equipment). David went out of his way on multiple occasions during our rental and decision making time. He even met us late on a Friday evening after the business was closed for the day to help fit us on the bikes and get us on our way earlier on Saturday. We didn't do a guided tour, but would if we came back again. Thank you David!
