Great place to get my new eyeglasses, after old ones broke on vacation. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, and great service, especially dealing with Nancy, who was a big help even long after the sale. (Long story -- manufacturer's defect in frames, she helped set it straight.) Great people.
Bill and his staff are excellent! I received my new contacts in three days. I utilize three contact lens, one for distance and one for computer work.
Poor service and lack of communication. I ended up paying in full for eyeglasses I was under the impression were partially covered through insurance. They were not helpful in my situation and I will not be going back.
