I WILL not be returning and found a new provider ASAP! THEY gave ME fertility drugs to get pregnant, I also have PCOS well ta-da! Pregnant! I called them and their nurse basically called me a liar.. still have the voicemail (; well another doctor did and my HCG is sitting at 341 so please tell me its in my head again Annika, oh then told me to wait another 2 weeks to test again?? okay so here is the problem, I have A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT NEEDS MONITORING! They dont care about the well-being of their patients, and they NEVER answer their phone! you need to call at least 10 times for someone on the front end to answer THEN they transfer you to a voicemail and you play the waiting game and if you miss their call you have to start the process all over. I found a great doctor who is already willing to go above and beyond for me, if you are trying to become pregnant dont go to them, no bedside manor what-so ever!

Year 1 I showed up at the appointed time and was informed that I was not scheduled for that day and was actually scheduled for like 6 weeks in the future. I was pretty sure the mistake was theirs, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The nurses were ok. However, three years in a row they screwed up my appointment times.
I am pregnant with my first child and these women have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable. They always get back to me and make me feel like everything is okay. I recommend them!
I feel like they change patients' appointments based on their whims and never bother informing the patient. The employees acted like I was the moron when I tried to inform them that every year I end up getting turned away when I show up for my appointed time. Their attitude was "I can only tell you what the computer says and it says you are not scheduled for today". Nothing more than robots reading from a computer screen.
Year 3, I called to schedule an appointment and made the employee repeat back to me my appointment date and time slowly. I wrote it down. I then read the appointment date and time back to her and asked for verbal confirmation that what I had written down was correct... I showed up at the appointed time and was informed that I was not scheduled for that day but was actually scheduled for the very next day. Whatever. I knew I had shown up at the right time, but decided to let it go and show up the next day per their instructions. I showed up the next day and was informed that I was not scheduled for that day but actually had an appointment scheduled weeks in the past that I had apparently missed.
Will not return here. Went there to get an IUD removed. Denied any other birth control etc. bc I have already tried the others and know how they work, received $125 bill for "patient education" but, I didn't receive any education. Like I said, I denied learning about anything else (no interest in other methods) and there is no after care after removal, so literally nothing to be educated about. Dishonest charting by their NP = more professional charges for them. Disgusted by the dishonesty.

That's when I gave up on these people. I am now going to Jackson Hole Women's Care where they at least possess the minimum amount of competence required to adhere to a simple schedule.
