I spoke with Charlie regaring a leak in my condo, he said he would be able to come out the same evening or following day. At the end of the day when I had not heard back from Charlie, I called agian to hopefully nail down a time. We agreed that he would come out to look at the leak the following morning and asked that I be on site to meet him. I left work to return home but when he did not show up I called to get a time frame and he got upset that I was calling again despite our agreed upon service time. I made 3 calls to Charlie in 24 hours in the morning, evening and again the following morning and apparently that was too many. He used unprofessional language and refused to consider that I took time away from my job as a resonable excuse to contact him. If your job requires any kind of urgency I wouldn't expect anything other than a run around from Charlie.
I noticed the leak in my house in teton village around 5 PM on a saturday... I called Charlies plumbing around 5:15.. they arrived within 45 minutes and had the issue fixed by 7:30 pm. I am very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency displayed. I would definitely recommend their services.
Charlie has done work for us in the past; actually Steve came by twice.
I called Charlie in mid-August and never got a return call for two weeks, I called again, yep, you guessed it, NO RETURN CALL. So my wife called a third time and we have yet to hear back after a month from the third call. If you need service from a plumber, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Charlie and Steve have both been to my house several times for plumbing emergencies and scheduled maintenance work. I am 100% happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. He is a busy guy, but he always calls me back and fix's my problems. A+ in my book!
