Wow. The least helpful and most insulting customer service I've ever had. I wasn't two steps into the door before the owner turned me away and said, "I don't think we have what you're looking for. These are very expensive." She presumed I didn't have enough money to spend on a rug, and so I took my business to Azadi. Stunningly rude - I would never step foot in there again and I have advised my interior design friends to stray from doing business there. Typical Jackson business in assuming if you're under 50, you can't afford to shop there.
