The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no option for no star. After several weeks of unreturned requests for status update on our order, we are told it has been "lost", in fact was never ordered! And he failed to inform me of this both on my 2 visits to the store and 2 follow up phone calls. "I'll call the manufacturer and get back to you". If this is how they treat customers on the front end, I shiver to think what might come later. Fortunately for me, there will be no later.
What a JOKE!!!!! Owner is pompous. Over priced floor coverings. The showroom is cluttered and looks like a second hand store. It is interesting that the only positive google review came from the owner. Kmart is probably a better option!!!!
Customer service & craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend.
