I recently helped organize a bridal shower and was on a budget, but wanted to make the party as pretty as possible. I went to Lily & Co with no expectations and was so pleasantly surprised. Emily was fantastic about working with my budget and coming up with a sophisticated concept that tied in colors and themes from the bride's future wedding. The flowers were ready the morning of the shower and the staff was cheery and helped me get everything into the car. Since then, I've gone in for arrangements for various occasions and continue to walk away with beautiful blooms and an above par experience. Highly recommended!
I didn't enjoy being treated this way; I wish that they had just been up front and told me they were too busy or not interested from the beginning, rather than wasting my time. This florist is not trustworthy.
I called yesterday and spoke to Liz, I had a last minute idea to get my Mom flowers for her birthday, whom was only going to be in town for a couple of days.. So I didn't want to splurge on a huge bouquet.. I gave Liz my price range and she EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! My Mom was so happy and is going to figure a way to bring the flowers home with her!.. AND the beautiful jar they came in! Thank you all so much!!
Lily and Company makes nice floral arrangements, but they are flaky. I went to them hoping that they could make me a simple bridal bouquet, and they said that they could help and directed me to email them. I filled out an event form that they sent me, (even though all I needed was a bouquet) and they never responded, even after a gentle reminder!
Lily is the best florist in Jackson hands down! The florists there are truly artist so detailed oriented with incredible customer service. I just used them for a big event, and I was amazed with their creative and unique style. I have used them for smaller occasions before and was always impressed, but their ability to really bring the feel i wanted to convey was remarkable.
