This is the best branch in Jackson. Hardly ever a wait and great location
Wish i could give zero stars. Not helpful at all and won't even attempt to help. This is why i don't bank at Wells Fargo. My mother did and passed away and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with her accounts. The banker i spoke to didn't even seem like he tried to help me and wouldn't direct me to someone who could. Then got upset with me that i did't understand what he was telling me.
Staff always friendly and great service every time.
